To all nurses in india,Please do reply after reading this
From many days i was thinking of writing something on internet about our male nursing.
so do we male nurses have respect and are we paid fair enough for what work we do what do you think guys
Many of my friends say that in INDIA there is no respect also very less salary so they prefer going to foreign and earn there but what i think that if we remain here only and make them pay more and get respect it would be good and all we males nurses can do this i know that it is within me,
also hospitals will realize that all male nurses who are migrating to foreign are needed by them only they should have good staff who can care patients very well.
But as there are many questions and many topics to discuss i think it is high time running from what we want here in india we should get those things right here and we will if we all nurses try hard for it
